A partner in a law firm was introduced to us via his divorce solicitors to help him disclose his financial affairs to his wife.

Our client’s wife was concerned that he was hiding his money. He needed help showing her that this wasn’t the case.

We audited his bank accounts, investment accounts, and currency accounts to show that he had indeed correctly disclosed everything.

There were a significant number of movements in between his various accounts so the audit confirmed that despite the volume he had correctly completed his Form E. Once disclosed, he was able to move onto the dissolution of the marriage in full knowledge that the financial issues had been resolved.
