An established property developer seeking to raise equity to fund the purchase of a plot of land and planning permission for 600 residential homes in the UK.

The developer was seeking an investor to co-invest on a 50/50 basis with him while maintaining control of the underlying business and the route to planning. This was a crucial component for the developer as he had decades of experience in planning and effectively wanted a silent investment partner.
